1. NATURE OF THE CAMPAIGN
By purchasing a Dome Squad Membership (Platinum, Gold, or Silver), you are acting as a backer for the development of FLX Camp. You acknowledge that the property is currently under construction.
2. DEPOSIT CREDITS
The amount paid today is a deposit.
* Credit: The full amount of your deposit will be credited toward the final cost of your stay.
* Balance Due: The remaining balance for your reservation will be due upon booking your specific dates.
3. OPENING DATES & DELAYS
* Target Opening: July 10, 2026.
* Booking Windows: Calendar access is estimated to open in May 2026, pending construction milestones.
Deposits are non-refundable except in the event of significant delay. If FLX Camp has not opened to the public by September 1, 2026, backers may request a full refund. Any associated booking will also be canceled with any refunded deposit.
